WheresTheWill.com ("WTW") is committed to the protection of its customers' privacy and to fully implementing and complying with the relevant provisions of Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Personal Data Collected

WTW collects different information in order to process your customer agreement and to help us improve the services and products we offer; and to provide services and products to each Customer of WTW.

WTW collects information on you when you register with the WTW website.

You are under no obligation to provide any personal data. However, so that WTW is able to provide you with its services and products, the minimum information we need is your name, address, e-mail address, postal address, mobile number and certain other personal and business data.

WTW may also ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how WTW can provide personalized services to you, in all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. In some cases, for us to provide the service requested, you will be required to give certain information, whether you do or not is your choice. Obviously if you do not, then we may not be able to provide the services requested. In all cases, when you are required to give information we will inform you. We will inform you in cases when it is obligatory for you to provide information to us so that you can receive the services requested.

From time to time we may provide your information to third parties in order to process your customer agreement.

Discussion Boards

The WheresTheWill.com website (the "Website") may provide you and other customers an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, idea, opinions, photographs, images, notes, video, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material to us, the Website or others ("Postings").  Postings do not reflect the views of WTW; and WTW does not have any obligation to monitor, edit, or review any Postings on the Website. WTW assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such postings nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such Postings on the Website. You are strictly prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. WTW will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing WTW to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Registration on the Website discussion boards (the "Discussion Boards") implies that you accept that you (a) will not post any material likely to cause offense, that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right - without the express permission of the owner of such copyright - or that contains personal phone numbers or addresses; (b) you will not use the Discussion Boards to post or transmit advertisements or commercial solicitations of any kind; (c) WTW or its agents have the right to edit, censor, delete or otherwise modify any Posting.

Neither WTW nor the Website verifies nor guarantees the accuracy of the material posted to the Discussion Boards or bears any responsibility for any loss, damage, or other liabilities caused by any Postings.

Cookies
